Olympic Athletes Fear Retaliation If They Speak Out

The U.S. Olympic Committee has hired Sarah Hirshland as its CEO, placing the executive at the U.S. Golf Association in charge of the USOC, which has been hammered by sex abuse scandals spanning several Olympic sports.

Numerous Olympic athletes have come forward with allegations of sexual abuse or assault. Yet others do not, fearing retaliation or a derailing of their athletic careers.
