Chris Froome's 6-Hour Surgery 'A Success,' Team Says; Cyclist Crashed At 34 MPH

Chris Froome crashed heavily during a training ride Wednesday, leaving him badly injured and unable to compete in the upcoming Tour de France.

"First things first, the surgery was a success," Team INEOS doctor Richard Usher said, one day after Chris Froome, the four-time Tour de France winner, suffered multiple fractures.
