A Paralympic Sprinter Got Engaged To Her Running Partner Moments After Their Race

Keula Nidreia Pereira Semedo of Cape Verde and guide Manuel Antonio Vaz da Veiga embrace on the track of Olympic Stadium in Tokyo on Thursday after he proposed.

Sprinter Keula Nidreia Pereira Semedo, who is visually impaired, didn't qualify for the semifinals. But she did accept a surprise proposal from her sighted partner, Manuel Antonio Vaz da Veiga.
