World Cup quarterfinals: Who's in and the storylines to watch

The quarterfinals at the 2022 World Cup begin Friday. Favorites France, Brazil, Argentina are through - as is England, the Netherlands and 2018 finalist Croatia along with Morocco taking on Portugal.
