NCAA Won't Punish Baylor For Failing To Report Sexual Assault Claims Against Players

The Baylor Bears take on West Virginia Mountaineers at McLane Stadium on Oct. 31, 2019 in Waco, Texas. In a new report, the NCAA says the culture of sexual violence and a lack of accountability spanned the entire Baylor University campus — both inside athletics and out.

The ruling is the culmination of a five-year investigation undertaken by the NCAA following the eruption of the sexual assault scandal at the Christian university in Waco, Texas, in 2016.
